Will System 1, System 2 Theory still work?

If INS AVM is able to tell about receving FP on the basis of WAC # few days after doing FP, will the old theory still be good - where IIO used to ask A# if FP was still in System 1?

I think it may still work I called INS yesterday and she asked my for WAC number and coun\'t find anything and later asked me A3 and told she will check on other machine and found our FP on that. I check
AVM little while and it is update with message our FP were recorded on OCT 16th.

Does it mean they were good ?

After AVM is updated with new message then IIO should be able to find status of FP with just WAC number. As this is evident when you enter WAC#, AVM says; your FP has been received on xxxx day.

I think, it\'s the IIO who reads FBI comments and then either accepts the FP or tells to redo or anything else. It\'s hard to comment on quality of FO until case is assigned to IIO.

It\'s strange

I think the AVM says "FP received" by looking in system1, not system 2, because many people have the AVM updated in a very short time after FP.
The system 1 (I guess its correct name is CIS - Central Indexing System) is updated by the FBI. For FP purposes INS is just querying CIS based on A# and transfering FP results from CIS to INS\'s own system.
It\'s strange that INS\'s AVM is looking in CIS instead of INS\'s own system.

Another option is that INS is now transferring data from CIS to its own system very fast, but I doubt. I talked yesterday with IIO and after 9 weeks my FPs are not yet transferred. She told me that it may take another 3 weeks, so they don\'t expect this to happen quickly. I also created yesterday a discussion trying to see how quickly the transfer happens, but nobody answered :((

Yes, you may be right. But, things will get clarified if someone among us, who got FP done after Oct 01 and AVM has new mesaage, calls INS and see if they ask A# to locate FP status.
Just in curiosity, I tried calling INS but no luck.
