will small sized company have more difficult in getting LC approval?

Hi,

The company that I'm currently working in only consists of 3 people: boss, one coworker, and me. We do have other branches in other locations but we are all financially independent. Will that be an obstacle in getting LC approval? If they deny, can I switch to another company at that time? Will it be too late? Or should I do it now?

Please advise. Thanks.

I too am in small but legitimate company.

Lawyer says that the company should be 15 people or more. But I dont want to change the company since I really like to work here. Please help!! Must I change companies just to get labor cert and green card??
 
sea - u had your labor approved pre-PERM - i don't think that qualifies for this discussion does it? we need to know for PERM cases
