Important : will previous 140 affects any subsequent 140 filings ?

Due to the retrogression issues, my current 140 got stuck for long time. So I went for another 140.

In the 140 application form , one of the question is "Have you ever filed a 140 before ?". My attorney said we have to provide the previous 140 details & he has provided the previous 140 details. Both of my 140's are for different skillsets & employers.
If you specify about the previous 140 while applying for another 140 which is for different skillset & for different employe, Will the USCIS cross checks the previous 140 filed details. If so will that create any problem for the new 140 since both 140's are for different skillsets & for different employer.

Pls give your valuable inputs.

Thanks

I sure do know one think, 140 approvals will be recorded on your name in USCIS computers. What detail? I dont know. If they have job requirements recorded on the 140, then they would have the ability to tell that your two applications for GC are in different skillsets.

If you have had enough experience in both the skill sets on your resume all along, then it should not be a problem.

I called USCIS recently. They themselves told be that I had an old 140 approved on my name. That was true, I had a 140 approved on my name long time back.
