Will my have to get her H4 stamped again if I change my emploer?

Hi,

I am in US now working for employer A, my wife is in India and have her H4 stamped for employer A.

I am planning to change my employer.

can you please help me with following questions

1) If I change employer, will my wife have to stamp her H4 again ?

2) if I just apply for H1 transfer with how many day she can come on same H4 ?

No need to get a new visa stamp.

2) if I just apply for H1 transfer with how many day she can come on same H4 ?
Once your H1 trasfer comes through, then send her a copy of your I-797. If urgent call before applying for H1 transfer or else call after it gets approved. If applying in premium it usually takes around 3 weeks to get a new I-797.
