Will my current employer come to know if I get a second TN visa or concurrent TN visa to work for second employer?

Hello,

Can someone please answer to my question below.
1. I currently have a TN visa with A employer (working on fulltime basis - remote job).
2. I am applying for second TN visa (or concurrent TN visa) to work for 2nd employer on a full time basis (remote job).
When I get 2nd TN visa issued, will that notify employer(s) regarding by TN visas.
