Will my children’s I 130 be approved?

Hello, in 2017 me and my husband went to Nigeria immigration and applied for visitor visa and was denied. I later met an American man online and we later married and he sponsored me on spousal visa. I came to US in 2019. I ended up getting my us citizenship. I ended up leaving my American husband 2 months later and returned to my husband and kids in Nigeria for few months that I can visit. I submitted a fake divorce decree to uscis when my American husband applied for me. Now I file for my kids to come to us. My American husband has said he will report me for marriage fraud. Please, what can happen?
 
If I understand you correctly, you never actually divorced your Nigerian husband so your “marriage“ to your US husband was fraudulent and so were all the immigration benefits you derived from that, including naturalization. if this is brought to the attention of uscis there is the possibility that you will be denaturalized, especially once Trump is back in charge.

Hopefully they revoke your citizenship and you get denaturalized for fraudulently obtaining the immigration benefit which you’re now trying to pass on to your children.

Please me and my Nigerian partner only did traditional ceremony. Now I file for my kids to come to us. My American husband has said he will report me for marriage fraud. Please, what can happen?

Makes no difference. You did present yourself as married when you applied for the visitor’s visa back in 2017. To counter that you followed up by presenting a fake divorce certificate. You fraudulently obtained your GC and US citizenship.

Do you think they will be able to come on visitor visa? I put in for i130 for children. I’m just waiting and haven’t heard anything back and it’s been more than 8 months.

What I think is irrelevant at this point. Only one way to know - which is to apply and find out.
