Will L2 EAD be valid for re-entry to USA

Hi

I am working on L2 visa with EAD valid till 2009. But I am travelling to INDIA for 2months. Will be EAD be valid even after I come back from INDIA or do I have to again apply for EAD?

EAD is valid until the expiration date on the card or until USCIS revoke it. If you are working on the EAD and not the L2 then you need advance parole since working on the EAD will invalidate your L2 i believe.

L-2 status holders cannot work unless they are issued an EAD. In this case, the L-2 status holder has already acquired an EAD. So as long as the OP's L-2 visa is valid, he/she can travel and return to the US. The OP can work as long as the EAD is valid.
