Will INS start Approving 485 cases in oct, 2003

I've heard that INS will again start approving 485 cases in oct.
HOPE so its true.
My present employer makes me work 25 hrs per day/ 8 days a week.
Can't tolerate them any more...
ND is of Dec 26th 2001, hope so will get approved soon.

For this reason only AC-21 was introduced. Moreover people are telling you should work for GC Sponsored Company for 6 months after approval. But before approval you can change and use AC-21.

Sorry to hear that. Hope your case will be approved pretty soon. But then again, if it comes through, you still will be with this employer for atleast 4-6 months. And with this kind of economy, maybe even longer. Wont it be better to try and move to another employer even before your approval comes?
