Will INS approve Case in Sept?

Hope they do so in Sept...but I am hearing of the sept annual audit. Is this true?

Also, Sept and Oct did show slow down in 2000 (about 20%?)

Nasdaq is high during 1999 year end holiday, and people thought the damp thing would have repeated in 2000. This is silly. So, few I-485 approval last sept, should mean high I-485 approval this year.
 
September Audit?

I did not see any meantion of an audit for September this year on any of the immigration boards. They may not even have one this September.
