Will I get the EAD or my lawyer will get it?

Will I get the EAD or will my lawyer will receive it and will she need to send it to me.

EAD mail to you, not the laywer

EAD comes to your home directly.

On the other hand, AP goes to your lawyer

No -- you are mistaken

AP goes to your lawyer (if you have one) .... this is from experience

there is no strict rule as to whether EAD should come to the applicant or Lawyer.. My first 2 EAD's came directly to me. the last one (3rd one RD - June 16,2004 ; AD - August 16, 2004) went to the Lawyer)

I think it all depends on what Lawyer put in as your address (whether yr home addy or Lawyers office addy).
