My PD is 08/2003 EB3 and 485 RD is 04/2004.. Is there any chance for me?
Got RFE in July 2006 and 4th FP tomorrow 06/29.

Any insight is appreciated..
 
Do you know your name check is cleared? if yes, then there is a possiblity before the visa # are consumed..

If you don't know call NSC and initiate SR, or take infopass. Good luck..

I have scheduled infopass for Monday. I had an impression that customer service won't respond if your PD is not current..

Do you when visa # are consumed? Just curious then I can give myself some hope!!!
 
pbk if you don't have a chance, then I don't have it at all. But
it would be a good idea to make sure your name check is cleared. If so
I would say that chances are 50:50. If not cleared the chances 10:90.

You can ask at the info pass if its cleared. If the officer don't tell go another day. Also call national customer service and talk to nebraska.

1-800-375-5283 You have to follow this order.
press 1..2..2..6..1..your case number..1..
wait for the automated status message then 3 ..4 you will xfered to NSC.

Hi Guys..

Just now came back from Infopass.. She mentioned that both of ours security checks are done.. I specifically asked her is it a name check.. She replied whatever you call it.. She said I might need to wait for another one year as if it is one day.. I am scared & frustrated..
The funny thing is she didn't even know that the dates are current from July..
