i just recieved a yellow notice from the ins requesting medical examination and new g-325a

if i do these 2 things by next week ,when will i get GC


approved asylum feb 2001
applied for adjustment status feb 2001

did my fingerprint may 2004

iam really tired from waiting and waiting
 
By going through other people's timeline...Once you submit your RFI, you will get Biometrics request in a Month. Then after 2-3 months GC will be issued.

You should remember that 4 years after 2005 you will become a citizen so you getting your GC in August or October don't make much difference.

So, back in March 2005 you got request for medical, G325 and proof of birth. But you did not get biometric?

But yet, your LUD just changed again in the last few days?

I am tracking my brother's case. His ND was Jan 2001. His medical and G325 was in March 2005 (he responded in early April 2005). He did his biometric too in April 2005.

So far, his LUD has not changed like other people.

So, any of you out there with ND around Jan or Feb 2001 that are in similar boat with my bro? If so, did your LUD change recently?

2. Did you send back your original GC?

3. What address did you send it to?

4. Have you received any confirmation notice?
