Will I get a tracking number after my lawyer files my labor ?

Hi

My lawyer completed all the paper work and said that my labor filing date will be 12/01/2004. Will I get a tracking number after my lawyer files my labor ? What should I expect ?

Tracking date and number.

That varies from state to state. SWA's from some state immediately send a receipt with a case number. Some SWA's do NOT send anything. It is upto the employer or the attorney to call them and ask.
 
How about CA

Hi,

My RIR case was filed on 11/11/2004 to CA SWA, but get nothing back. Should I get some receipt with PD?
