Hi I am 29 yrs old and a dependent to my mother who is an applicant to an F41 sibling to sibling Visa. Our Interview is on December 13 this year and I am very skeptical to do a medical examination thinking I may be denied due to my current age?

Will I be denied?

Priority Date: May 2001
NVC Approved Date : June 2020
Interview Date : December 2024

Hope you can help me guys!!! Please I need help

Need petition approval date (not NVC) to do the calculation. Ask your petitioner when they received the petition approval notice (i797] from USCIS.
also need exact date of birth and can you also confirm which country you are from, as current dates different for certain countries. (it is the current date, not interview date, that matters)

Hi Miss Susie,

Thank you so much for your response.
They received it on May 8, 2020
And the date of birth is Oct 11, 1995
Philippines

Hi, respectfully, i doubt very strongly that it was received in 2020. There is almost no way it took uscis 19 years to approve the petition. (I had a petition filed in 2008 and it was approved in 2009.) I believe you are confusing the NVC notification to prepare documents with the USCIS approval notice. Please look up images of i797 approval notice such as here https://citizenpath.com/form-i-797-notice-action/ - see where it says “notice type: approval notice”? This is what they need to find. Again, it is NOT from NVC but from USCIS.
