will I 140 affect i 485??

Long back in 2004 my I 140 was denied for fraudulent filing.

My new company filed for geniune/authentic I140 in 2007 and it is approved ,
will the old I 140(fraudulent one) affect my I 485 application.
My I 485 is still not approved until today.

Please let me know.

Fraud always looks bad on your record and immigration fraud can actually earn you a lifetime ban (you become inadmissible). You should consult with an attorney.

As for the I-140, it doesn't matter there, so just because your I-140 was approved doesn't mean that your old attempt to obtain immigration benefits fraudulently was forgiven.

what if

what if i apply as spouse on my wife'si 485.Still will it affect.

At that time there was this internet website,i took the documents from them and applied basically it was a internet scam.

So everytime i apply for my greencard it is affecting me,what should i do?

Just wait for decision on your I485. You may be approved but with the fraud on your record forget about naturalization, unless you have a strong case that what you did was not intentional but you were victim of a scam.
