Will hospital bill hurt parents getting GC?

Hope you can help me.

Will get citizenship next year and will then apply for parents Green Cards.
Parent, while visiting us, needed to go to the hospital.
Hospital Bill is large. Due to low income in home country, Parent may qualify for reduced bill for "indigent" help from the State / Hospital.

My question: If we fill out this form, to see if Parent qualifies for state money, and receive help with bill,
will this create problems later for Parent receiving GC?

BTW: parent received 10 year visitor visa, we did not have to sign any paperwork for them to receive their visa.

Thank you for your time!

before anyone else says it, yes I read the news

Before anyone comments saying something like, "parents getting GC next year? you can kiss that goodbye" Yes, I read the news this afternoon. It's really up in the air now whether any US citizen will be able to get a Greencard for their non-citizen parents anymore.
