Will having a TIN number for parents cause issue for visitor visa

Hi ,

I am on L1.I have a TIN number for my parents which means they are dependent on me.I am planning to get my parents here for 3 months here in Oct.Will having a TIN number cause any issues in VISA process
I will be sponsoring them

TIN number plays a role only with employment authorization. For visitor visa they only need to show that you will sponsor their trip and stay.

Incorrect, a TIN is issued ONLY for tax purposes to people who are NOT eligible to get SSN and who can be claimed as dependents on a US tax return.

For OP, having a TIN does not automatically mean they are dependent on your tax return, they will have to be resident here. Moreover if you include them in your return, their incomes also will need to be added to your income. Carefully check IRS requirements.
