Will H1 reneval raise flag if I do not invoke AC21 for position change with same employer

I am currently on my H1(9 yrs passed) also I-140 is approved, 485 passed 180 days. If I move to a management position and renew my H1, will it raise a flag if I do not invoke my AC21. Original postion was a professional position in IT.

GC is for future job AFTER I-485 gets approved. if working with same employer no need of AC21.H1 has nothing to do with GC or I-485as H1 is for present job and I-485 is for Future job.
