will different 140 affect 485?

I have two 140 approvals, EB1-EA and EB2-NIW. I assume I just need one to file my 485. However, will there be any difference of these two 140s? I heard most NIW based 485 will be interviewed, then is it true that EB1-EA will be better and unlikely to be interviewed?

------ I think you filed EB1-EA with out LC, if that is true then I will attach that I-140 with I-485 filing

thanks for the reply

however, at least from the USCIS 485 standard operation process, interview should be waived for EB1-EA, and EB1-OR (if the applicant is still working for the same employer who sponsored the 140); but NIW will be interviewed except the 140 NIW petition is based on a physician service. --- is it true in reality or the 485 SOP is just crap no USCIS officer follows?
