Dependent's i-485 denied b/c she was once out of status?

My spouse's i485 was approved last week (he's the primary applicant) and got his passport stamped yesterday, while mine is still pending. In fact I got a notice that I should do my 2nd FP on Dec. 2.

Back in 1992 I was an F-1 but fell out of status because I dropped one of my classes. I left US in 1996 after graduation, and then came back in 1999 using H-4 visa, then we both started GC process in 2002 with me as his dependant. I'm worry that my once out-of-status semester is the cause of my pending i-485. Will my I485 be denied because of this reason? I couldn't sleep for 2 days worrying sick about this. Help.

If you have gone out of the country and come back on H4 then you should be fine bcos if you are out of status and go out and come back then you automatically fall in status and resets your old issues.
