My I-94 that I got went I entered US has expired but I got the new I-94 with my new H1. My wife\'s I-94 is getting expired on Sept 01.
Can someone tell me what applicaiton to fill? also where and what documents to send to get it renewed?

Assuming that your wife holds a H4 visa, her H4 renewal application should have been sent along with your H1 renewal...just as you renew
your H1B status, your wife also should renew her H4 status...when
your wife applies for her H4 renewal, she will get a new I-94...it
is really important that she applies for the renewal well before
the Sept. 01 deadline (atleast 2-3 weeks before that)...the application process is much similar to the H1 renewal...please consult the attorney who did your H1 renewal, and he/she will help out....

I applied for both H1 and H4 before I came to US and about 3 months ago, I renewed them together, got two new I94. Always let H4 along with H1, don\'t know whether H4 could be renewed seperately or not.

Why didn\'t you renew your wife\'s visa with you?

i did\'t know... i am trying to get in touch with attorney

I am pretty sure he will ask for $. i know i should have done it with with my H1
