Will address change affect file transfer to local INS after RFE? please help!!

Hi, experts, I just responded to VSC\'s RFE and now I got a job in west cost. Do you think if change my address,
    my file will be transferred to local INS offices, let say, Portland Oregon. Also, do I have to come back to do my
    passport stamping if II move to west coast?

    Any reply will be appreciated!

What is your RFE about? If it is for employment letter, did INS ask for your current company to write or the company who sponsored your I-140? What were the exact words on the RFE? Thanks,

It\'s about verification of employment and salary, w-2/tax return, all my I-20s. I\'m NIW self-petition approved when I was doing my Ph.D, no companies involved.
