Will a history of bankruptcy or filing for one affect citizenship decision AND...?

My business fell over cliff and I am comtemplation to file chapter 7?

I have two questions:

1. Will a history of bankruptcy or filing for one affect citizenship decision?

2. Will a history of it afffect giving a resident status to my potential wife who's abroad now (if I just had a citizenship)?

Bankruptcy does not affect naturalization process as they are not used by USCIS to determine GMC.
