I received my TN in March of this year. I have been working at my job, but have recently considered switching from full time status to the open 'per diem' (as needed) position with the same employer (and within the same department). The job requirements and duties are the exact same, the only thing that is different is the number of hours worked (I would still be working about 30-40 hours a week). Do I need to submit any paperwork regarding this change, or is my TN still valid as it is? (I understand a TN is ok for both full time and part time work).
