Folks:
My I-140 was denied because of education issues. Later (March 2005) my I140 and I485 cases got reopened on BCIS motion and I also got my I140 approved (March 15th, 2005).
My wife's I485 case is still not reopened. I called USCIS couple of times, but didn't help. My employer has sent a letter to USCIS. It has been more than one month since my employer sent the letter but still the case is not yet reopened. Any Idea how long does it take ? Is there any other solution so that my wife's case gets reopened.
