My WIfe's EAD was approved and her card was mailed on March 16th. I was waiting for a while and today I saw the message change to "On March 25, 2005, the card or document we had mailed to the applicant was returned by the post office because they could not deliver it. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
I haven't changed my address and I am not sure why the postman didn't deliver it. I was living with my friends in the same apartment earlier and after I got married my friends moved out and I continued my residence in the same apartment with my wife.
Probably,the fact that my wife's name is not yet added into the mailbox names inside my unit's mail box might have caused the postman to return it.
I need some assitance as regards how to get VSC to send the EAD back.
