I have filed (paper-filed) for my Wife's EAD renewal; at VSC and the ND is 11/08/2005. I am not sure why VSC processing dates have't changed in the last processing time updates. Her current EAD expires in March. Would it be better to schedule an infopass appointment just in case to cover up for any unknown delays. If so can I go ahead and schedule an Infopass appointment for some time after Feb 8th (when the 90 day period would have crossed) now or I can only schedule the appointment after 90 days of filing? I was concerned if she will get her EAD before the current one's expiry. Also, what's the procedure for interim EAd. do we get it immediately?
Any suggestions?
