Wife's background check cleared, but mine still pending..!!

Hi guys,

My wife's background check is cleared and mine is still pending since Nov 2005. Am the primary applicant. Anybody has similar situation and got 485 approved recently. Pls update.

LUD : 3/27/2007 (no update after that)

Hi,
I was/am in the same situation.
I am the derivative and my husband is the primary. My husband's name check is yet not cleared as per IO but mine was for a long time.
We were also told that my case cannot be approved since the primary's security checks are still pending......
I just received magic emails yesterday and today that my case has been approved.
Interestingly enough, my husband's (primary applicant) is still in pending status.

Got GC, but family is still in LOOP

Hi,

I got my GC (pastic card) on 07/03/2007, but my FAMILY is still in the loop.

Anybody please throw some light on what's happening in this case..

Here are the details:

EB3/PD JAN03
I-485 LUD/JAN'07 : Case moved from VSC to TSC (recd. for all)
FP2 RD: MAY 10th 2007
I-485 LUD/MAY 11th 2007: Document sent to Applicant..
I-485's AD: June 27th 2007 (Card Production Ordered)
June 28th 2007 (Approval Notice sent )
July 3rd 2007 Plastic card recd. No HASSLES at all...

My Wife's case:-
EB3/PD JAN03
I-485 LUD/JAN'07 : Case moved from VSC to TSC (recd. for all)
FP2 RD: MAY 10th 2007
I-485 LUD/MAY 9th 2007: Notice returned as undeliverable.
Called C.S. and asked the document to resend.
No mail recd as of 08/06/2007, but there was a LUD on 07/27/2007 saying "We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence."
Not received any RFE mail yet.

Can anybody tell me, How long will it take to Receive RFE notice?
Any idea on the RFE content for dependant applicants?

My kid(s) cases:-
Details are same as my case, but not received Plastic Cards. Apporavl Notices received (for both of them) on 07/03/2007.
To my surprise there was an LUD on 07/18/2007 saying "Our last written notice is undeliverable....."
Called C.S. and they say if you receive approval Notice, that's it there is nothing to worry, it could be the notice, which was undelevered to the lawyer"

What should I do in these cases?

Please help.. Lawyer not responding properly.
