Approval
We are almost 66% done. PD Feb 2000 (Myself, wife and kid), ND Feb 2000, 2 FP, 3 EAD, 1 AP. Of course FP and EAD\'s for myself and wife and AP for all three of us.
Myapproval : Last week of March 2002, received courtesy copy. Took my dependents along with me for stamping, just to try our luck. Got stamping for myself but they refused to stamp for my dependents saying the file is not with them. OK call INS on first week of April, and told them the story that mine was approved but not my dependents. The officer informed me that they see my wife\'s file in TRANSIT and will request file for my kid.
Kids approval: my kids approval came next in third week of April, one more trip to local office. This time they stamped my Kids and refused to stamp my wife\'s stating the file is not yet received.
Called INS on First week of May, the officer told me that she does not see my wife\'s file in TRANSIT and will request for the file (Obviously either the IIO we spoke previously was putting us off or had no clue).
Now we are waiting for my wife\'s to come through, God knows when it will happen. By the ways received the Card for myself and my Kid in exactly 3 Weeks.
Any one facing the same scenario please update.
