My wife just recently withdrew the I-30 petition she filed for me without my notice. She came back home telling me she did sent it in and also asked her lawyer to file for our divorce.
I have been really abused emotionally in this relationship but i choose to make our marriage work because i do love my wife. But to my surprise reverse is the case on here side.
After talking to her and asking her to go with me to a marriage counselor she agreed to go with me to the local immigration office where the withdrawal notice was sent since it was going to be deliver to them that same day but the lady at the desk said notice of withdrawal cant be taken back and we will be getting a notice if it is withdrawn or not and if it does we need to reapply. But on getting home she said she will send them another letter.
I am at a crossroad either to continue with her or move on with my life... I just did my biometric and i don't know if it has been approved or not. I have tried to make attempt to get a lawyer... I am really confused and don't know what to do at this point. She said we should try to make it work but i don't trust her not to do something worst latter.... She seem not to trust me and act on pressure from people around her which isn't good for me in no way.
Please do advice me on what to do.
