My friend and his kids are Canadian born, his wife USA born. They have been living in Canada together for 8 years. They now want to move to the USA where her family is in Virginia. What is the best way to do this? can the wife sponsor her husband and kids? How long will this all take? Does he need a job offer? She has already left with the kids for the USA but he is planning on joining them the end of June. What seteps should they take?
