Wife Still Pending Please share INFO

Hello Everyone,

My 485 case was approved at VSC (EB-1, May 2002 RD) on June 29. My wifes case is still pending... Anyone with same experiences please please share your thoughts.. I am primary applicant and am not sure why she is stuck....

Please share your thoughts, as I am going crazy.......

Hi ,

Yes we had filed our application together. We do have different EAC numbers. But still I have seen so many couples getting approved together. Not sure what went wrong with our application... INS is completely screwed up...

Typically in this situation when should I expect my wifes approval, or should I expect an RFE??? We did everything together FP1/Medical/FP2 etc etc...

Damn I am frustated....

I am in the same boat

My spouse's I-485 had been approved,(primary) but my file is not touched. The LUD is still the same as original. We did everything together. I don't know what should I do. When is your ND for the 485? Did you file an enquiry?
 
my nd is may 2002. no i have not filed an enquire. iwant to first get all the expert advice before i do anything
