Wife\'s H4 is expiring next week applied for I-485

Applied for I-485 yesterday. Wife\'s H4 is expiring in next week, I-539(extn. of H4) applied last month got the RD.
My question is - Next week will my wife be considered as out of status or it is OK (as we have already filed the I-539 and I-485 before the expiry of her H4).
 
Your wife will be out-of-status if your I539 is denied in the future. Otherwise she is okay no matte

 
 
I think the day INS Receives your wife\'s485 Application,she is considered tobe

in status even INS opens the mail after two months
