Wife Recived 2nd FP Notice After Appointment Date

Some advise.

My wife received her second FP notice. We found it in the mail box on Sunday and her appointment was scheduled for Saturday (12/20), it was postmarked 12/16. It was dated 11/20 and it originally had out old address printed on it, but someone had put one of those self adheasive address labels over that with our new address on it.

She is planning to take this into the local ASC where the appointment was scheduled today to try to get them to do it.

Anyone with a similar experience?
 
My experience with local support centers

has been very good. They usually accomodate after you show the problem and explain. I did not have exactly the same issue like yours but in other issues they were flexible.

As Ghee was mentioning, local offices do not trouble for FP. If there was no appointment set or you miss the actual appointment date, walk-in's are done at the end the day. or
Some local offices have a scheduled day in a week where walk-in's are allowed.
