Wife pregnant - travelling on H4B visa

Hi all,

My wife who is here on H4 visa will be travelling to india. She is pregnant and i want to know if there will be any problem as such at the port of entry when she returns in a months time...

can they deny her entry to USA (at port of entry) as she is pregnant based on the oint - that she is coming to USA to get a US citizenship for her child?

No problem. My wife did travel when she was pregnant.
However, make sure you check with the Airline regarding their rules for Pregnant Women. Beyond a certain number of weeks (cant remember the exact number), they do not allow them to travel and you will need a Doctor's note as well to travel.

I didn't knew abt airline restrictions. I will check on that.

But as far the US immigration goes - my wife is currently on H4 (valid until march 2006), but also filed for AOS/485 along with mine. So still there shouldn't be any problem?
