my wife has got residency this year on j1 but i do not want to go on j2 as i have b1 and i want to start my residency on h1 next year is it possible to get h1 next year if i do not change my status from b1 to j2 this year . O ne thing more can my wife n myself land together in usa as i also have to go to states for my step 3 exam in july
