Wife - H4 Doctor --Problems?

My friend's wife is a medical graduate in India. He wants to get her here on H4 visa.
Are there any problems in getting H4 visa for medical graduates ?

Does she have to disclose her education level in the H4 application or should she just say B.S ?

Anyone's experiences for medico wives will help.

Generally people do not disclose too much of MBBS info . Degree certificate is not a required document for H4 application.

My wife is a dentist and we donot remember putting her education on the DS-156, ps refer us to the coloumn where we have to disclose the education
