I am a US sitizen. I live in California.
My wife has H1B and my step son (he is 14) has a dependant visa.
I'm going to file I-130 for them.
I nave a few questions.
1. Can she keep working while waiting for employment authorization (I-765)?
2. Is e-filing faster then paper?
3. Do I they have to submit two I-485 for each person?
4. Which forms have to be submitted for my step son?
