Wife got FP notice I did not.......

Hello All

I am in bit of a soup. My wife and I applied for AOS in October 1999. 3 days ago my wife received her FP notice. I have not yet received my notice.

a) What should I do?
b) Can I just go with her and get FP done?
c) Has anyone been in such a situation before.

Opposite here. I got FP notice, but my wife didn\'t. I have the same question as yours

I also had similar problem. I recvd my FP notice 2 weeks after my wife recvd. My notice first went to the lawyer and he forwarded it to me whereas wife\'s came directly. Dont even bother to call IIO. You wont get any correct information. Just wait.
