wife git denied for H4, how can she enter US after I get Green card

My lawyer says she can apply "Follow to Join" which will take 6 to 9 months for her to come, is this true? Please help, thank you!

Can you post why she got denied? My understanding is that H1(4) can not be denied based on 214(b) which is immigration intention. H1(4) are allowed to have dual intentions.
 
They said they don\'t trust we are really married unless I can show up with her.

That\'s the only chance according to their words. BTW, my wife was applying in Shanghai China.
 
Go to Canada

You may want to consider getting immigration to Canada - for both of you - and then she can enter the US. Otherwise, once you get the GC, it will takes years for her to get admission to the US - as long as 3-4 years.
