Why is it that not a single eb3 - India approval is seen in March month ?
While in VB, eb3 - india priority date is extended.
Its hard that no one got through when so many pre june 2001 cases are pending.
Any ideas ?
Any body talked to TSC recently about this?
 
I am also checking, for India, it looks like slow processing.

On 10th, they did 1 case for India and so on 11th.

I don't know when my turn will come.

All it means is that these forums represent a very small percentage of the actual cases.

If only the USCIS published a monthly report of number of cases pending in each category by the chargeable country by priority date month, that would clear up a lot of questions.

It probably will also raise a lot of questions and will expose USCIS's shortcomings more than what is happening today.

I am at NSC, EB3 PD.01. called 5 times and got reply of no visa numbers are unavailable for process your I-485. I told from March its current as per state visa bulletin. she told me that we dont have visa numbers. so even if in April it moved to OCT.01. I don't know they would process cases sooner. its going very bad for EB3 India folks.

DONT KNOW WHAT BS is going on with EB3 INDIA cases. except one friend all other my friends are waiting of 01
