Why F visa waiting times are so long, and
why sometimes the F visa priority dates regress:

As this page points out, mainly the long waiting times and regressing dates are due to past amnesties for illegal aliens (scroll down past the birthright citizenship section). It also doesn't help that there is a per-county exemption to the F2A category that only benefits Mexicans, to the detriment of all other nationalities.
PS. Anyone of any nationality can join/help this organization, as long as they support equal immigration opportunities for everyone worldwide. It is not restricted to Vietnamese, they only started it.
