Why VSC is so slow?

Did anybody know why VSC is so slow to process I-485 now? CSC is working on the cases that were received in July 2000. TSC is working on the cases that were received in March 2000. Even NSC is faster than VSC.

VSC used to be the front runner among all four services. What’s wrong with VSC now?

I heared that VSC volunteer for other service centers cases. Now they are free and we are stuck. I am not sure how far this is true.

Since VSC is soooooooo slow...and CSC is doing quite well,

is it possible to file I-485 in CSC after I-140 is approved in VSC?? I have been hearing differing opinions on this...

Experts, please clarify...

They were quick in accepting more money for H1 process but slow as hell to process our application. I do not mind paying twice as much and get it over with. John Ashcroft form MO -- CAN HE DO SOMETHING.
I have my doubts and I am from Midwest
