It worked for me.... seems like some people have difficulties with it. Maybe some of them confuse the confirmation number with their case number, but there seem to be people who def. used their confirmation number... it stinks!
I checked it with Internet Explorer and this time it worked..And I got the confirmation indicating that I have selected..The problem occurs when you use other browsers..
