Why the mass RFE/ interview for baltimore/ DC area??

So ppl, you see its happening. Now you can curse me as much as possible but you cant ignore the reality.

Why you think INS sending mass rfe for Baltimore and Dc area? Bcz lots of laid off and job cut in technology field in that region lately. INS is playing smart.

So start bashing me, no problem. But you cant ignore the reality.

Its coming all the high tech area too...


For all those jerks who were bashing me, answere the logic of baltimore/DC mass RFE... Insted of bashing me, be topic oriented and argue with logic.
 
Enough and shut up. Transferring cases to Baltimore has been going since the beginning(since 4-5 years. i was not here before that ) and it is not new for Marylanders. Actually, 95% of MD cases get approve only at Baltimore INS. Whoever I know got approved only at the local INS. It is rare to get approved at Vermont unless you get a RFE.

I don't know you or your intentions out here. I am not here to argue or harass you, but to ask few questions.

So far I haven't come across not even a single positive posting from you. On the other hand I've seen lot of people's heated and ugly comments about you and your religion (I believe you are from a particular sector-No offense) because of your posting.

What I don't understand is do you get any kind of mental pleasure if people accuse you and that too because of your attitude? Do you enjoy it? Why can't you become little more reasonable? I've so many very good friends from a faith that you practice (I still assume you are from that sect) where they preach and practice about tolerance and decency, but most majorities don't follow that as the way it supposed to be (I believe them). I don't question your religion because of your strange attitude, but I do like to question you as an individual.

Try to be reasonable person in life. Don't try to find out happiness in others struggle. Today may be their bad day, may be tomorrow is yours. When bad things happen to you, will you feel happy? If you have to say something that you don't like in others say it politely. Being rude to others doesn’t make you a better person. If others treat you bad, don't treat them the same way. If you do the same then what is the difference between you two?. If street dog barks at you do you bark them back?

Changing for good is always better. You are never late than never. You question yourselves and see what you are upto. You will find out there are so many characters that you don't like within you (I'm analyzing based on the posting here sofar). You can change those and become a better person.

I pray for you to give you a better wisdom and you to become a better person.

I hope I didn't hurt you.

Hey What is your reasoning in saying that many cases are getting transferred to Wasington also???? I did not see many at all? Be considerate to others man, why you have to mention about bashing , your point was ok to discuss.. that why the cases are coming to Local INS office. The answer to that question is 10-20 % cases are selected like that for interveiw (MD is exception)

Do you really like getting cursed by people? How many times have you said those predictions? You dont have anything worthwhile to do lately, so your main concern is to enforce the INS rule?

Oh I figure it out....You are hoping to get the S visa.

Maryland filers - 95% get their cases transferred to Local INS as they have some process of oath etc...

Its been going thru 5 yrs.

I am in this country since 7 yrs and been seeing lot of maryland EB based 485 cases always transferred to their Local INS.

And this is different from a RFE issued..

So, its nothing new. Not DC area. its just Maryland.

Very few VA and DC filers get their cases transferred to Local INS as part of RFE.

Eithey way, when everything is fair from our side why to panic for un-necessary pessimistic posts..
