It is kind of weird that INS is approving lots of end of Sept and even 2004 cases while a lot of early filers are waiting. We filed I-485 on Sept. 8 and did FP on 8.24.04. Any one in the same boat? Why no one filed in mid Sept gets approved?
 
Filed I-485 after 140 approval

I-485: ND 6/5/03
Fingerprinting: 4/8/04
Second AP, EAD received: 11/16/04

Does any one have clue what is going on in Nebraska service center?
 
Me too.....

Most of the people who filed on march 03 Got approval ?
Only myself left............

Nobody knows how USCIS work ? Every second is painful..........
 
2 of my co-workers with ND of Mar-24-03 are still awaiting for approval. None of them have any case transfers.
