Why so quiet in Nebraska?

Nebraska is so quiet... no approvals, nothing...
What is going on? where is the promised flood of approvals? do you think that they are waiting for visa numbers?
 
Noise is outside.
People are on Farms growing corn ; its spring time !
who promised the flood of approvals?

Anyone received RFE like this from Nebrsaka SC?

Me and wife received RFE to submit our 10th board exam certificates as well as birth certificates. These were anyway submitted with the original applications.
Is it a scam just to defer the case for about 6 months since the case will be tagged as "working on it" and will not be counted as "pending" ? Anyone received a RFE like this?
 
I haven't heard of such RFE as 10th board exam. What is it exactly?
Nebraska started sending some really weird RFEs to people, I think this is insane and they just want to let people think that they are working.
Your RFE is pretty short. Nowadays thay are asking to submit tons of different docs including tax statements and paychecks for all the years in US States. That is crazy!!!
I think that everybody who gets weird RFEs need to ask the lawer to bring them to AILA's attention!!!
 
AILA is a corrupted Org. they are lot severe issues but AILA never address them in the past and I don't think they would address it anytime.

for legal GC this is a pure harrasment by asking any shit things which dont have any relation at all and doesn't have importance.
