Why "service consideration" ?

Our 485 NDs are in Dec 2003. Done FPs in Nov 2004.

Since the dates passed our NDs long time ago, we initiated an inquiry with VSC. Finally they responded saying "it is under Service Consideration". Now, I thought this is for applications waiting for name/security checks from FBI. Why are we getting it? (I was told that our name checks are done a while ago when I talked to a CSR at VSC).

Do any one know when/why they issue "Service Consideration" response?

I too got the same and am waiting since long time. the above same response around first week of march no upates or no LUD's. Waiting...waiting....Pending service consideration.

The thing is... I am EB2 concurrent.

hmmm... And mine is EB2 and it is still "pending service consideration". :mad: :( :confused:
 
pending service consideration

Mine also EB3--VSC I-485 ND 02/11/2004, when I have called the respresentative, they have responded back with the letter telling the case has been in peding service consideration, again I talked to VSC officer, he siad that my case has been denied in aug, 2004, I dont know how its possible, i have given my FP for I-485 on 11/08/2004. any suggestions..
