WHY only 200 ?

Only 200 people signed the lawsuit support petition. What happened to rest of people ? Why is every one scared to say that they approve Rajiv Khanna to represent all the I485 applicants in the lawsuit ? Please don't feel lazy and don't feel scared of little things. BCIS is not going to chase you just because you have signed there. By signing the petition, you are going to chase BCIS to act. Please sign the petition NOW.

Guys,

Dsatish is right. If we do not stand up and raise this issue we still will be in the wild goose chase cursing our bad luck, fate etc.,

I am sure lots of people are visiting this forum and probably 75% is having concern that this would affect their chances of being a lottery winner in terms of getting approval sooner. We have to beleive that that is 1 out of 10000 case probability friends. So go ahead and please sign the petition so that BCIS realize that the are s* too many legal law abiding tax paying immigrants lives.

Yes. Infact every one is encouraged to ask their spouse also to sign the petition because , at I485 stage, both the applications are separate ones.
