Why NOT Track AC21 cases with RD between Jan 02 and Dec 02 ???

AC21 being an advantage(?) to the 485 filers who can change jobs while their 485 is pending ... provided, the I140 is approved and the 485 has been pending for over 180 days ...

Let's track the processing scenario for the AC21 cases as they seem to be erratic and not in accordance with the regular case approvals, which have been seeing now regularly ..... to find whether AC21 is an advantage or a BURDEN or DELAY in the 485 approval ...

Guys !!! Let us track the AC21 cases which may not be more .... please let everybody know whether your case is approved or still waiting for approval and the ND/RD falls between January 2002 and December 2002.
